Minutes of VMC meetings-2011

The 3rd VMC meetig was held on 18-03-2011 in the principal’s chamber at 3.00pm. After welcoming the chairman& the members of the vmc,the following ponts were discussed and decision taken.

1.Additional class room for class-I./Land acquisition

         The chairman assured to acquire the down floor of the adjacent building and hand over  it to the vidyalaya before 31st march 2011.further he expressed that the land willbe handed over to KVS shortly.

2.Admisssion to class-I

         In the meeting, it was decided to go ahead with admission as per KVS admission guideline.

3. Tenure of VMC.

          It was decided to constitute new VMC members after the expiry of the tenure.
